The hospitable owners of Villa Engima take every opportunity to make all who spend their holidays in their villa welcome and comfortable. In June 2020, the old house built in 1927 was refurbished by implementing all amenities that a modern house should have keeping few original details like a stone staircase or glorijet (the pavilion). The owners have renewed it by their own hands, with a lot of hard work, love and patience and is now ready for you. The villa is situated in a beautiful, peaceful west part of Dubrovnik called Lapad, 15 minutes by local bus away from the Old City of Dubrovnik. Lapad is a green heart of Dubrovnik with two beautiful pine forests, Mala and Velika Petka, lots of green parks, walking trails near the sea all over Lapad peninsula to Babin Kuk and back. You can easily reach all kinds of beaches, pebble, sand, or rocks, all in walking distance of 15 minutes. And you can easily reach them also by local bus since you have a bus stop literary in front of the house (50m), two of them to be precise. The main house consists of the ground, first and second (attic) floors, all covering the area of 180m2. In front of the main entrance there is a 210m2 of green grass garden. No pets allowed. No overnight guests allowed. No smoking allowed inside the premises.
